I actually have some free time on my hands today and decided to write a post. I can’t believe it has been over a year since I posted anything! A lot has happened in that time. Our family is growing rapidly with weddings and babies. I’ll post more about that later.
The best news of all is that I am finally a grandma. So, for those who haven’t meet her, here is Riley!

Ginia, I was just thinking about you the other day when I was cleaning out blogs that have been inactive for a while. Luckily I didn’t delete yours. So glad you shared pictures of your new granddaughter. I’m glad that post-surgery she is doing well. I have a new grandson as of July. He is doing well, but our daughter had a bad case of post-partum depression. We helped out a lot for a while, and now, with the help of some medication, she is back on her own and doing well. Life is never easy, but for the most part, things work out. Thanks for sharing your good news. I’m sure she has a great quilt to keep her warm.

It is so nice to hear from you. Congratulations on the new grandson! They are such a joy. Like you said, life is never easy. Glad things are working out with your daughter. She is lucky to have you to help.
